Delivery processing time

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and delivery confirmed by way Email and/or Phone. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates & delivery estimates.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a delivery Confirmation email once your order has been delivered containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by logging a return on orders@onfliq.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
